E-Filing — Coming soon. Online court filing intake and checkout are unavailable.
What it is
An in-person request to take approved documents to the specified courthouse or filing counter. It is separate from electronic filing. Service coverage depends on the destination, local requirements and actual availability; no nationwide or international outcome is guaranteed.
Who it is for
Clients whose documents are eligible for paper filing or approved document delivery. Confirm requirements with the court or counsel before requesting service.
How it works
Prepare your request
Provide the courthouse address, requested filing date, instructions, documents, original-document requirements and court-fee arrangement.
Readiness review
Admin verifies the destination, eligibility and readiness before release or direct assignment.
Review the visit result
Follow the request in your account and receive the applicable Court Filing Confirmation or Court Filing Visit Report.
Before you request filing
Originals and court fees
Required physical originals and payment instruments follow the approved custody workflow. A check image is not a substitute for a required original. Court payment methods vary; a worker does not advance personal funds by default.
What you receive
A Filed result leads to a Court Filing Confirmation. A Not filed result leads to a Court Filing Visit Report, with available evidence or receipt. No service affidavit is issued for this workflow, and successful filing is not promised.
Pricing and next steps
The PIGEON service fee is $50 per qualifying completed In-Person Court Filing request. Court/statutory fees and payment instruments remain separate. A proper attempt at a bad address supplied by the Client can still leave the $50 service fee due. Sign in to review a request; applicable service-specific terms and Admin review control any cancellation or refund.
