Who it is for
Posting may be appropriate for Clients whose documents and instructions support that method for the particular request and jurisdiction. It is not automatically available or valid for every document.
PIGEON accepts requests for service across all 50 U.S. states and internationally, subject to jurisdiction-specific authorization, applicable law and actual service availability. Confirm the destination and permitted service method before proceeding. A credential in one jurisdiction does not grant authority elsewhere.
What to provide
Supply the documents, correct location, relevant court and case information, and the posting instructions or supporting authority applicable to the request. Provide these details securely so the requested method can be reviewed.
Compare service options
Posting is distinct from other process-service methods. Routine and Rush / Same-Day describe different handling options, not independent legal authority to post documents. Follow applicable rules and court instructions; selecting an option does not establish that posting is permitted.
What you receive
Review the reported outcome, available attempt information and supporting documents through your account. Any affidavit depends on the actual outcome and required review; service or court acceptance is not guaranteed.
What happens next
Sign in to submit the applicable request and review its available method and quote. Follow the recorded attempt and outcome in your Client account. Posting or court acceptance is not guaranteed.
Pricing and handling
Published service-level details describe the existing options. Review the current quote before payment. Handling estimates and attempt allowances do not guarantee service or court acceptance. Follow applicable rules and court instructions for any posting request.
