Stake-Out
What it is
A Stake-Out gives an assigned Process Server additional time at an approved location to attempt lawful service when a subject is difficult to reach. Service coverage depends on the destination, local requirements and actual availability; no nationwide or international outcome is guaranteed.
Who it is for
Clients with a service request that may benefit from a reviewed observation window. It is not a guarantee that the subject will be present or that service will occur.
How it works
Provide the service location, requested window and relevant instructions. The request is reviewed before an eligible Process Server accepts the assignment.
What you receive
Review the reported attempt or outcome and available supporting evidence through your account.
Pricing and next steps
The existing request workflow controls the available duration, scheduling and price. Review that quote before payment; begin by signing in to your Client account.
