Who it is for
Routine Service is intended for attorneys, businesses and individual Clients whose deadlines allow standard scheduling rather than priority handling.
PIGEON accepts requests for service across all 50 U.S. states and internationally, subject to jurisdiction-specific authorization, applicable law and actual service availability. Confirm the destination and permitted service method before proceeding. A credential in one jurisdiction does not grant authority elsewhere.
What to provide
Upload the documents securely and provide the recipient, accurate address, applicable case information, deadline and relevant access instructions. Identify any specific service-method instructions for review before the assignment proceeds.
Compare service options
Compare the published Routine handling window with Rush / Same-Day Service before requesting priority work. An attempt window describes handling, not a promise of successful service. If location information is uncertain, Skip Trace research is separate from a service attempt.
What you receive
Review the reported outcome, available attempt information and supporting documents through your account. Any affidavit depends on the actual outcome and required review; service or court acceptance is not guaranteed.
What happens next
Start a service request from your Client account and review the available Routine option and current quote. Once the request proceeds through the approved workflow, follow assignment and recorded attempts in your account. Review the reported outcome and available documents after the required review.
Pricing and handling
Published service-level details describe the existing options. Review the current quote before payment. Handling estimates and attempt allowances do not guarantee service or court acceptance. Follow applicable rules and court instructions for any posting request.
