Nationwide & International Process Serving

What it is

Process service supports delivery of legal documents through the method appropriate to the request. PIGEON coordinates the request and authorized Process Servers carry out accepted field assignments.

How it works

Submit documents and recipient details, review the available service level and quote, and follow assignment and attempt updates. Routine, Rush, Same Day and Posting have different handling requirements.

Who it is for

Attorneys, law firms, legal support teams, businesses and individuals may use process service when legal documents need to be delivered through an appropriate authorized method.

PIGEON accepts requests for service across all 50 U.S. states and internationally, subject to jurisdiction-specific authorization, applicable law and actual service availability. Confirm the destination and permitted service method before proceeding. A credential in one jurisdiction does not grant authority elsewhere.

What to provide

Provide the documents, recipient identification, an accurate service address, applicable court and case information, any deadline, and relevant access or service instructions through your secure Client account. Keep confidential documents out of general contact messages.

Compare service options

Routine Service is the standard handling option. Rush and Same-Day Service are priority options where available. Posting is a separate method that must be appropriate and authorized for the request. If the address needs research, review Skip Trace before arranging a separate service attempt.

What you receive

Review the reported outcome, available attempt information and supporting documents through your account. Any affidavit depends on the actual outcome and required review; service or court acceptance is not guaranteed.

What happens next

Sign in to your Client account, provide the request details and review the available service option and current quote before payment. Follow assignment and attempt updates in your account. Review the actual outcome and any applicable proof after the required review; successful service and court acceptance are not guaranteed.

Pricing

Review the current quote and applicable charges in the request workflow before payment. Faster handling describes a service option, not a guaranteed completed service or outcome.
